Scott the owner, out to assess and give you an estimate AND up to 2 hours of his time. That right! Scott wants his customers to feel like family. Once he is done with the estimate those two hours either go towards the total hours of the project. Or, Scott will help with smaller electrical problem until that two hours is up, even if its just changing lightbulbs.
Minimum of 2 hours.
